I added one thing to this pillow that has made it perfect. My arm would fall off of the pillow at night. Im having so much elbow pain that I decided that I needed to take this pillow one step further. I added a strap that goes all the way around it so no matter which side I sleep on I can tuck my arm under the strap and it holds it in place. The strap isnt bothering me at all and I got the first good nights sleep in a long time.
Very comforting and supportive, unlike my ex-wife. If you are considering marriage, Id highly recommend that you try this for a few weeks first to see if it can dissuade you. Its a lot cheaper than the eventual divorce, I promise.
